TXP-Does it suck?
TXP - does it suck ? Sooner or later I fall out with every CMS I have ever tried. It is a function of the genre. The genre is to make life easier for the typical end user. The typical end user does not include me. And if I need to publish a bit of code I do not expect the whole thing to forking blow up and refuse to publish it. The CMS developers need to get something straight in their minds: Good software is invisible. You should not need to stop what you do to benefit. Nor should you need to join a cult.
Er, so what exactly was your problem here old chap?

Have you tried using bc (with the usual fullstop) or wrapping it in ampersands?

Sorry. Ampersands is the wrong word (bloody Latin), it’s the “at” signs ie. @
